Please read our house rules carefully. Booking the cabin requires acceptance of all of the house rules and may result in us keeping your security deposit, if broken

Check out time

Check out time is by 10 am. Late checkout is available upon request, subject to availability.

No parties allowed!

No surprise guests

Only confirmed guests are allowed, max of 6 occupants in house. Notify the host if you would like additional guests on your booking.

Sustainability

This house relies on passive cooling from plantings, window coverings, ceiling and floor fans. There is no air conditioning, please consider this when booking.

This house uses a septic treatment plant which means all sanitary products (tissues, tampons, sanitary napkins, baby/cleaning wipes) must be disposed of in bins, not flushed down the toilet.

Fees incurred to service the septic treatment plant as a result of mistreatment during a stay will forfeit your security deposit.

Security

Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the house.

Cleanliness

Before checking out, please clean up after yourself, including dishes. Please put rubbish in outside garbage bins.

No smoking

Please no smoking or vaping inside the house.

No pets

No pets allowed

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor spaces.

Neighbours

Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels reasonable and not blocking driveways and access road.

Parking rules

Up to 2 cars in the driveway. Do not park in the access road or obstruct neighbors driveways.

Damage

Please report any damage or malfunction to the host so we can repair the damaged item. Any property damage may result in your security deposit being forfeited.
